In 2008 we developed a strategic plan to build on the work of the past and to provide a clear direction for ACE in the future.
The following is an outline of what we plan to achieve in the next three years.
Strategic Objectives 2008 - 2011
1. To raise the profile of the organisation through our media, policy and campaigning work and to be known as a solution-focused thought leader, representing the voice of parents and carers on educational issues.
2. To increase our income through diverse fundraising approaches and through increased trading activities, so that we are not over-reliant upon any single funder.
3. To partner with other organisations and institutions to advance ACE’s mission and objectives.
Organisational Objectives 2008 - 2011
1. To develop and consolidate the different areas of work and structure of ACE, so that we can provide high quality services to parents, carers and other key clients.
2. To work towards the standards laid out in the NCVO Code of Good Governance and to become recognised for our progressive governance arrangements.
3. To introduce Business Performance and Knowledge Management Systems, so that we can capture evidence-based information and report on the difference that we are making as an organisation.
