Disability Discrimination

Under the Disability Discrimination Act, disabled children have the right to be treated fairly at school. The information in our booklet will tell you the sorts of things that schools must do to plan for the needs of disabled children. It will also help you to decide whether it is likley your child is being treated unfairly (discriminated against) because of their disability.
