Asking For A Statutory Assessment

Some children will need extra help to make progress at school. Schools can provide a lot of help themselves but some children have severe or complex difficulties and need more help than the school can provide. Those children may need a statutory assessment to find out what their difficulties are and what help they need to learn better. In our booklet we explain how you can request a statutory assessment.
