One phone call to a parent or carer can make all the difference to a child's successful progress at school.
It costs a minimum of £40 for one of our advisers to speak to a caller.
As well as giving advice, our expert team need regular training to keep up to date with legal changes. It costs £300 to run a day's training for our advisers.
Developing our booklets and web site are vital to make sure people get the latest information. Amending a booklet can cost £250.
