office co-ordinator (six months initial contract)
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing organisation and undertake a range of interesting tasks.This post requires the holder to develop and oversee the smooth running of the office administration and to be the first port of call for the general public via phone, email and reception.
You will have at three years experience of office and administrative work within a busy work environment , be well organised and a real team player.

clerk to the council (Volunteer)
As part of our strategic plan we are keen to develop our governance arrangements within the organisation. We are now looking for a Clerk to the Council who will play a key role in acting as the secretary to the trustee board and developing our governance arrangements. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and Trustee Board.
The job will provide the applicant with an insight into all aspects of the work of the organisation and this field and a chance to contribute to an organisation that wants to make a real difference. The post holder will have at least 3 years’ experience of high level administration in a busy and professional work environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, be well organised and a be a real team player

Administrative assistant (volunteer)
The demand for the services of ACE continues to grow. To help us meet these demands and the additional administrative tasks that are required, we have created this partime voluntary role. The role includes dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying and making up education packs.
You will have some experience of general administration and office work, be well organised and be a real team player.
Days and times are negotiable, but the volunteer/s will must be willing to commit to at least six months volunteering. Full training will be provided.
