Affiliation Scheme - Benefits

Do you need help to stay informed about new developments in education law and practice? Do you need help with providing information and advice on school issues for your local parents?

With the increasingly complex requirements for local authorities to provide a range of services and support for parents and children, you may be looking for new sources of information.

ACE’s affiliation scheme for local authorities provides easy access to high quality advice materials and other services, in return for an annual fee. Any surplus generated by the scheme helps ACE run its advice lines for parents and develop new publications and information services.

In return for an annual payment you will receive:

• A full set of existing ACE publications every year on renewal.
• A copy of each new ACE publication as soon as it becomes available.
• Significant discounts when purchasing ACE publications and booking ACE training.
• 20 subscriptions to our periodical magazine ACE Education Now.
• 50% discount on up to 10 extra copies of ACE Education Now*.
• A reduction in the licence fee for photocopying material from ACE Education Now.
• Free copies of ACE Education Now available for parent governors elected to the Education Committee (up to 5).
• ACE Members' E-Bulletin - ACE’s monthly news digest and members' newsletter.

* extra copies of publications must be ordered through the affiliation contact person for them to distribute accordingly

• Reduced fees of £400 + VAT + P&P (normal price £485). Depending on number of schools in your LEA

Cost

• For smaller LEAs (up to 199 schools) £450
• For medium-sized LEAs (200-399 schools) £550
• For larger LEAs (400+ schools) £650
