The Advisory Centre for Education (ACE) develops evidence-based policy positions to influence Parliament and Government. We use research evidence and the knowledge gained from our daily direct contact with parents, carers and educationists to inform our policy, campaigning and research work.
We summarise research and briefing papers for decision makers (politicians) and opinion formers (the media and the public). We also respond to Government consultations on issues related to parents, education and schooling.
We work closely with civil servants through all stages of the policy making process to influence policy makers.
We are keen to collaborate with other organisations on policy, influencing and campaigning work where there is both mutual benefit and synergy in our missions.
