ACE’s Step-by-Step package of advice materials and training for advisers who work with parents consists of:
- Comprehensive Education Step-by-Step Manuals (adviser’s manual and parent’s manual)
- Full day of one-to-one training on key issues and how to use the Manuals
- A back-up helpline for advisers
