Bookings and cancellations must be in writing. On receipt of your booking, a confirmation will be sent to you.

 

If booking is cancelled less than a month before a seminar, a £30 administrative fee will apply.

 

If a cancellation is made less than 10 working days before a seminar, a full payment will be charged.

 

ACE reserves the right to cancel or rearrange courses without liability. In this event you will be offered a new training date or a full refund. If you have not heard from us two weeks before the seminar please contact us.

 

Please contact us if you prefer another payment method than invoice for the course fee.

  • To give examples of their application to everyday  educational practice
