School Exclusions and Exclusion Appeals Training - Education Law and Guidance

Develop your understanding of school exclusions and exclusion appeals procedures and processes - including the changes resulting from the Education Act 2011. This course provides up-to-date information on legislation and guidance. We look at the impact of human rights and equality legislation, as well as case law and Ombudsman/Adjudicator decisions.
